Service information

Important: This page is a preliminary outline, not a complete signed customer agreement. A final written agreement must be reviewed and approved by the eligible adult responsible for the business before customer payments are accepted.

Order requests

Submitting a website request does not purchase a service, authorise payment or create an automatic debit. We first review your requirements and confirm scope, price and timing in writing.

Monthly fees and other costs

Displayed packages are Starter R499/month, Business R999/month and eCommerce R1,999/month. Domain registrations, external platforms (including Shopify), paid apps and additional features may cost extra and must be approved before any payment.

Payment

Payments are currently manual bank transfers (EFT), not recurring card payments. Only use confirmed banking details sent through our approved business communications. We verify funds in the receiving account before beginning work.

Changes, cancellation and ownership

Deliverables, content updates, delivery timing, cancellation, refunds and ownership or handover of website assets must be set out in the written service agreement. Requests outside the agreed package may require a separate quote.
